mid 14's with all that. lol can I drive your car? I run low 14's in a GT-S with just intake. lol and thats at 1200 ft elevation. you should go to clubrsx.com and talk to apexitypes. he runs 14.1 with a similar setup to yours and hes from your area. with cams and stuff harcorersxs (same site) ran a 13.4 out here using slicks. sounds to me like you've most likely just gotta find a better driver.

I just said we should be like a very low 14 with what we have now and with cams a mid 13 how am i crazy? And right now the car is very miss tuned....and we know how to drive if u lived here we would gladly race and beat u lol (j/p around not startn ****) but no the car is really miss tuned and once we get it tuned it will be a mid to low 14 cuz we dont have better tires
yeah teh post ******. lol and if you only run a mid 14 against me you wont win. lol but yeah the potential is there. like I said I saw a similar setup and he cracked out 13.4's bangin off the limiter in a few gears. So I think he should be 13.2's if he'd stop doing that. lol street tires he's around 13.7's .
what will give it away is your MPH. if you have a slow time but HIGH mph then you know you're driver limited. if your time is good and mph low then you're driving is right on and the car is at max potential.
take my sig for instance. with that high a trap speed I should be at 9.0 with a good 60' BUT I ran a 2.200. so I'm driver limited on that run. now if I manage a 9.0 then I'm gonna be car limited and its time for the next mod.

also not to be an a$$ again but your car only has (1) "header"... meaning singular not plural...and secondly the only header worth the money for the K20's are the Comptech Full Race header... which my friend now has... cost him a pretty penny at $1200 not install... and it provides very efficient gains... others the shorty's are garbage... they degrade power... so think about all the money aspects before u claim ur gonna run high 13's with all that...
MAYBE... with a WHOLE LOTTA MONEY!!! $$$$$$$$$$$
and some people try to put a cat on that comptech header which from what we've seen results in 0 performance value. lol you basically have an expensive replacement getting stock performance. lol

i mean i am not going to fight about it cuz i hate when peps fight on here when we are supp to be one big family......But if my friend ran a 14.4 or 14.5 what ever it was with an intake and new tires i know we will be in 13s ill show you the video if u would like of him running
I wanna see the vid just for fun! and with those mods you should be in 13's cause people with less have done it.

good going man...thats awsome...BTW - also considering getting the NX maximizer so i can tune the nitrous to different levels. Maybe a 35 shot from 4000 to 6800 rpm in first with progressive jumps to 75 throughout the other gears. I hear i can get alot better times with this thing...i guess we'll see.

my 60' was a 2.348 when I hit 14.4...for some reason the track didnt give me my 1/8th mile time or mph on that pass but they did on a couple of the other passes. My actual fastest time that night was 14.442 @ 98.55 mph. I have video of a smiliar pass that I made that night with my boy in the car with me, its in my gallery. I wouldve already had my time slip posted but I think my digital camera is broke, so when I get a chance I'll have my friend try to take a pic of it with his camera.
btw... I dont think I'm going back until I have a brandnew set of drag radials and an ACT clutch put on...I'll have the rear of my car gutted and I think I'll be launching harder. See if I cant hit some 13's
Just saw your video. If you learned how to launch while spraying in first you'd do alot better.
with dr's you should easily pull 2.1 60's while sprayin in 1st. also do you always shift so early? I thought someone said the best place to shift at is at redline? ah well. good luck hitting 13's!

Yeah, I need some more practice on that launch, but I know I'll get it right soon. I heard that our engines stop making hp right before redline so thats where I've been shifting at. That might be something I can experiment with as well so we'll see. Thanks for the compliments though guys. Oh and btw, I'm runnin a 75 shot.
