ran with a prelude
ok kids.....I believe him and I'll tell you why. I personally have taken an IS300 in the twistys. He was simply a better driver than the guy in the prelude. He even admitted that as soon as the road became straight again the lude gained on him rather quickly. He didn't beat the car...he beat the driver...with a good driver the car would have stomped him. Thats the exact same thing that happened when I raced the lexus. The car should have left me with my tail between my legs crying for mommie. But the driver wussed out around the corners. As far as chirping at 80...my guess is he downshifted and his revs weren't high enough...so the chirp was his tires actually slowing down instead of speeding up. Again...thats just my theory. To all the BS callers...I say think before you call BS. He could be BSing..but his story is certainly plausable.

thanks drnkmnky...ok i'mgonna spell this out ONE more time (which i can't believe i'm actually spending time doing...)..this is for you dull pencils out there:
1) i thought i made it clear that he gained on my VERY quickly before and after the curves.
2) i mentioned him chirping because i was dumbfounded..thus i was hoping poeple would help me understand why i heard what i heard (instead of bombing me about it)
3) i accidentally typed 2 instead of 5. please, look down at your key board. let your eyes go to the far right of the keyboard. the numbers aligned in a square is called the keypad. if you look close enough, you may need to tilt your head in to see, the 2 is right below the 5. i'm guessing that when i went to press the 5 on the number pad, my clumsy finger must have hit 2 instead. yes tragic, but god, i'm so sorry. never thought a typo would bring such...choas.
4) nofriends - i still love you dearly.
5) i CANNOT believe i just wasted 5 minutes of my time typing this retarded reply to defend my own story. may the good lord have mercy on me...
and all your mothers.
