Cool Most dangerous move you've ever pulled in traffic

I'd like to know what's the most insanely, crazy, dangerous, stupid thing you've ever done in traffic. What kind of crazy stunt have you pulled to shave a few minutes off your schedule, or to impress a gal?

I wanna hear it, WHOO!

Insane thing : A 2001+ Civic Si, a Mercades C320, a E36 M3 and myself just hauled *** through traffic we all just followed one another, on a straight we caught a break in traffic so me the C320 and the M3 were doing about 115 mph the Si fell behind. I guess we were all late the C320 and M3 gave me a thumbs up before they turned off, and the Si just honked at me when i had to turn off.

Crazy thing: Beating the crap out of a 6th gen civic in the middle of a major intersection and yes there were other people at this intersection. These were the kids that threw a drink at my civic and though it was funny. I can only imagine what the other people at the intersection were thinking, "Yep theres a crazy guy chasing a civic with a pool stick, don't see that everyday"

Dangerous thing: Im a safe driver

Stupidest thing: Has to be chasing the civic through the city, hardly stopped for anything. If i could do it again i would take their plate number and report it. Maybe find a way to have a nice chat with their parents. I could have gotten in an accident and it would be alot worse than having coke on the side of the car. I could have injured myself and more importantly i could have hurt someone else. Its something that i will never do again, my friends suggested anger managment class, i said "B*tch im gonna f*ckin kill you!!!" j/k

in my old car ( a ford escort station wagon ) i was pulling out of a restaurant parking lot and saw the "no left turn" sign, but the highway i needed was on the left, so i looked around, didnt see anyone, and sorta gunned it outta the lot...once im in the lane, i see why you cant turn left ... one of those concrete medians...the kind that are like curbs but a few feet wide.

well, i think to myself really quickly "they do it in the movies all the time..." so i gun it some more and keep going. i hit it HARD with my front right tire, my car pops up, the other tires hit one at a time, and i come down on the other side...knocked the front right tire clear off the rim. luckily the first lot to pull into on the left after the restaurant was an auto repair shop...so i parked it there for the night and came back the next day and paid for the repairs

so when the signs say no left turn, they mean it

I was in my mothers ranger one day and came up to a 4 way intersection that was about 5 lanes wide. I was in the turn lane and waiting for the light ( the inside turn lane ). Mind you that there were two turn lanes. Well I relaized that I needed to go straight instead of turn left. So when the arrows turned green I hit the gass, cut off the guy to the right of me, shot accross the intersection and then relaized that the other side got a green arrow as well and they were already turning to my right as I crossed the intersection so I has to swerve around one car and fish tailed a little just missing another car. Needless to say I made it but it was a pretty insane thing to do. I was about 18 at the time with a buddy.

It would have to be....Doing 100 mph on the freeway and passing a cop. He was entering the freeway, while I just blasted past him.(He was doing like 60)
I thought I was gonna **** my pants when I saw him, and I was ready to pull on the right, cause I was positive he was gonna stop me, but no.... He didn't do it. Don't ask why...

Whoa, that's actually pretty solid that he didn't pull you over...

Dumbest thing i've ever done, is hanging out my friends Cav's door as he pulled into a parking lot, ready to jump out...however, he sped up, and my hat flew off....

WELL!
Im a hat conoisseur, and i hate to see them get dirty, and it was a rainy day, so i took a flying leap out of the car (with Slurpee in hand) and tried to snag my hat, missing by about 5000 feet. I smashed into the ground, and to make matters worse, he nearly ran over my hand

But i didnt spill my slurpee

Thats good to hear

Sounded like the time i fell/was pushed off an 8ft box on a florida beach. Hit the ground like a sack of potatoes body all bent outta shape, but didn't spill a drop of beer.

well I have done quite a few crazy/stupid things but the craziest would probably be doin 120 racing a golf tdi in England in my 02 vic. The rule over there is stay out of the passing lane unless you are passing, I guess some guy didn't see me and i almost plowed into him.

My parents had an '85 Corolla sedan, and I could never get that thing past 85, no matter how hard I stood on the gas, and it shook like a wet dog at anything above 70!!! You must have been going downhill, with a 45mph tail wind!!!

85 corolla had significantly less power than the 86 corolla. I think it's because the 86 had a DOHC engine and it was bigger than the 85's SOHC...must re-watch Initial D....

I know it was the base engine on a sedan, this wasn't an AE86 or anything. It had very low gearing, so it actually took off pretty well for what it was, but it had ZERO top end, it couldn't pass a snail if one could go 65mph...

The golf TDI is a pretty good car, kinda slow acceleration, but once they get going, they get going.....My uncle owns one of those in Europe.

i was stuck in traffic close to the place i wanted to go to in white plains ny, with a couple friends in the car. so i look over and there is a clear side street about 100 yards away, but the grass was hella muddy and damp. so i got fed up waiting in traffic, turned onto the grass, and was throwing mud around for a little bit. i then made it to the side street, bottomed out going off the curb, and drove away with my friends laughing their heads off and other cars that were in the traffic looking amazed. lucky there wasnt a cop around. it was very fun.

that may be the case but he never did get around me. I don't know if its cause I didn't let him that he didn't want to. But the point is he was behind me til I pulled off the road.

The Stupidest Thing I have ever done were numerous things

1) I was racing a buddy of mine on a straight away in his 03 DX Civic and I wouldn't let him pass me. Well I slowed down around a curve and he took it at 85mph. the next thing i see is him in the air flipping 3-4 times and landing upside down in a ditch. I was soo scared he was dead. I ran yelling his name and LUCKILY he was perfectly OK no cuts or scratches. Car was totaled Though. The weird thing is that his Airbag did not deploy!

2) I was behind this old person and he was going 20 in a 45. I saw a oncoming car in the distance I and thought "F*** IT" Romped on the gas and passed the old guy and just in the nick of time got back in my lane right as the oncoming car was looking right at me.

3) Trying to "Drift" a FWD Car

Racing down a main street with my old skool 89 tegra, and a buddies 95 GSR, goin around 115.

hmm... Racing in traffic, but not in a pack. Me and this dude would get through traffic slow a bit, and then do some 3rd gear adn 4th gear rolls til i had to get off.

Another time:
Facing traffic with cars comin about a mile ahead, racing a dude from a stop. I was dumb

Don't ever do that!!!
I was on the 10W when some kids in a Avenger tried to race me.
I was doing 80 but he was trying to **** me off and provoke me to race.
Well, he needed to pass a truck so he used the shoulder on the fwy center divider.
He lost control, swerved left and right 3 lanes hitting hitting the center divider 3 times and a Jeep in the process.
When it all ended, the car was badly f.cked up facing traffic with smoke everywhere.
The crazy thing was that this all happened right in from of my car as I was trying to slow down.
I'm sure there were serious injuries because I knew most of them weren't wearing seatbelts.
That night was a wake up call for me.

Drifting in a race around a Del Sol down a mountain. The guy was in front of me and it was a windy road so when he hit his brakes, I just drifted into the other land and went around him. I won the race, but It was damn scary.

--Insane/Crazy/Dangerous--
Setting: Ma neighborhood
Time: Around 7pm
Weather: Winter/Snowing
Road condition: Snow started to pile up.. around an inch think..
Car: White 91 Toyota Corolla sedan
Speed: 60km/hr to sharp breakings

Planned action: Drive through a straight road @ around 60km/hr towards a "key" or "No Exit" road.. trying to pull of a drift/slide by pulling da emergency break up..

Ended up: Too slippery on snow, my rear ended up hitting a tree and when looking @ the right-hand side mirror, a man (shovelling) was around 2 feet away from my car..

--Stupid--
Setting: Hwy 400
Time: Around 5pm
Weather: Summer
Road condition: Clear
Car: Silver 00 Civic sedan
Speed: Constant around 120km/hr

Action: It came all in a sudden which I wanted 2 pick my nose while driving @ 120km/hr on a highway.

Ended up: A car didn't signal @ all and cut right in front of me on the fast lane. Hitted the brake really hard. Index finger jammed into the interior of my nosetrail. Bleeding. Lots of bleeding. Visited the doctor. Rested and recovered. Learn my lesson. "Don't pick your nose while driving."
