no, they are all rated at the same HP, but i doubt they get as much to the ground as a stick tranny.
Thanks for correcting me on the ATTS. I knew it was one or the other, and of course i would pick the wrong one huh!?! Oh well, you knew what i meant.

I dont know that a motor swap is a good idea in our Civics. I was reading that blown RSX-S only pull 13s in the 1/4. Infact on RSXclub.net no one has broken the 12 barrier. And Catalyst will break 12s with our D series. Which motor sucks now? (only partially serious)

Base auto is rated at 195...5 speed gets 200.

people have broken 12's at clubrsx.com. It takes slicks to get there on a blown car though. Hytech even has a RSX-S that has over 300whp NA that can get into the 12s with slicks. Its all a matter of traction. Besides, i would rather be pushing 5-6psi in a K20A2 with stock internals to get low 13's, then 12-13psi on a built motor to get the same results. I would almost bet you money that DC5@EM2 can get 11's on his car with slicks. He has a blown K20A motor in his 7thgen with over 500whp. I want to see a D series motor get those numbers. I just like that fact that on the K20A, and K20A2 motors, you can feel the perfomance increase when you put an intake on for instance. It responds a hell of a lot better than our motor. I also like that fact that people can get deep into the 13's with bolt-ons on that motor. The fact of the matter is that the D series motor isnt built to be a race motor...the K20A2, and K20A motors are the new Honda Acura race motors of choice. I mean, how many 7th gen civics with D series motors do you see in the world racing professionally? None by my count...but lots of companies are building or have built Integra Type Rs (RSX-Rs) to compete in world racing events. They are two completely different beasts...if you ask me i would rather have the one that people want in their race cars.
