well a whole bunch of us from nor cal was driving back home from a cal meet at slo and we stopped at this gas station.
well there were no places to park except in this handicap zone and the striped lines next to it. i had to go pee really bad. anyways a cop shows up and gives me a ticket 275 dollars i was parked there for no more then 5 min. it was like 9pm at night. and im not generalizing or anything but ive never seen a handicap person drive out that late and park at a gas station.

sooo. the city i got the ticket in is about 1.5-2 hrs away. i want to fight this and get the fee reduced at least. or is there no chance of me winning in this?

as they say, showing up (for court) is half the battle, or something like that. so if you go to court, they'll split that 275 in half (i think). i got a parking ticket outside my gf's house about 4 months ago for no front license plate and not turning my wheels on a hill (turn the wheels!). i wrote a really formal letter saying how i was close enough to the curb blah blah blah my car wouldn't roll down the hill. they took it and i had to pay 0 from $90.00. anyway, thas harsh man, 5 minz for having to go to bathroom? cops...

we usually just pee on buildings around here, unless were at my friends house, then we pee in his neighbors mailbox , it puts a smile on my face everytime i see that dumbass check his mail.

if you pay they win......i think someone suggested finding a handicaped friend and pimping him out to the judge....you never know it could work.
