Well just came home recently from the track. Running everything the same as last time. It sux cuz i still had to run on my 18s. I had a pretty good outing this time. My first run i ran a 14.73 at 93mph, the 2nd 14.8 at 93 mph, and the 3rd run 14.79 at 93 mph. The only thing that sux is that i have no top end at all. I can beat other cars for an eigth mile but then i always loose at the top end. Any suggestions on how i can get better top end power or increase my trap speed.

Rep Power: 0 That's pretty good man, you could take down a stock IS300 with your NX.
When I was N/A, my best was a 14.611 @ 96.05.
Wow, I'm glad we never met on the street; I would never have been able to hold my head up had I lost to a 1.6L 4-banger. Good work!

hmm must not come on here much man, our engines are a 1.7L 4-banger, sure that might not be much of a difference to U, but it is a difference when it comes to forced induction

Rep Power: 274 i can actually hook up the tires pretty good. I usually launch at 4000-4500 rpms. I dont drop the clutch but i feather it. Can Wait im goin to the track again tommorow. Ill be putting the stop brakes on instead of the aem big brake so i can run some 14 inch slicks. ill also put the 15 in steelies in the back so hope fully i can get some better times.

Rep Power: 274 Im pretty happy with my nx kit. Im not too sure about the zex kit. I dont really have that much info on their nitrous kit, but it does seem like a decent kit. You should ask the zex users on how the kit works.

Rep Power: 0 i just changed from a zex kit to a NOS kit and i like the nos better. i like knowing that i am in control over the nitrous, its just easier to have the zex b/c you just turn it on and dont push any buttons. its whatever you want to do.

your saying that your ran a 14.73 with only a 35 shot and with 18s!!!!! lol!!!!!!!!!
i ran a 60 shot a STILL COULDNT break under 15, and that was with 15" rota slipstreams.
Yur basically saying that a 35 shot will take off 2 secs off your qm time!
