Killed a Tiburon in a corner...
The first time ever that this happened to me. I was at a set of lights and waiting to get onto an on-ramp and there was a Tiburon behind me. I took the on-ramp at my usual pace (which is already faster than most cars can handle). I notice the Tiburon keeping up with me, so I floor it. It's usually an un-comfortable 25mph corner, but I take it at 45mph with the wheels screeching. He can't keep up and is left behind eating my dust. I'm happy.
Highway on-ramps are the coolest places to test suspension mods. We have one here that goes almost in a complete circle to get on, and the same on the other side. Its a great place to test discrepancies in the right side and left side suspension. Good kill on the tibby!
Nice. There is one or two on-ramps around here like that. Well that goes to show that not all cars can handle as well as a civic. Different story when on a straight way. Was it the V6 or base model?

I will too, as soon as my bank account lets me.
Nice Grey, smoke 'em in the corners! Our cars might not be fast in a straight line, but they can hang pretty well when the road gets curvy. My car is still bone stock, and I routinely pull away from other cars on ramps that I can take easily at about twice the limit. It's especially funny seeing big trucks and big SUVs like Expeditions trying to stay with me in the corners.
