vtec indicator light on lx
Well yesterday I had to take my car into the shop, and I had a friend pick me up. So we went to eat and then we went to his apartment. Well I was talking to his roomate who also has a 7thgen.
Me: so what all do you have done to your car?
him:just an intake and I got one of those vtec indicators.
Me: thats cool so you have an ex?
him:nah man I am an LX just like yours. I am thinking of getting a VAFC also.
Me:you do know that LX doesn't have vtec right?
him:yeah it does I can feel it and hear it kick in.
Me:umm sorry but that has to be somethin else. You are probably thinking of your intake
him: nah its my vtec I could hear it before I even had the intake
Friend: dude I told you you don't have vtec
him: Man if you have an lx without vtec you got screwed.
Me: so when does indicator come on?
him: I think it isn't installed right cause the light never comes on
Me: Thats cause you don't have vtec
After that the guy got pissed and walked off, then came back in the room and said he wanted to race me. So we are going to Denton Dragway tonight. I can't wait to kick his ***.

I think I have him beat just because he is automatic.

okay basically his car is a stock auto lx.. and you're gonna work him by 2 cars probably i'm guessing.. i wonder what his reaction will be lol.. after you beat him, you should say that you have vtak or something so that he can go asking around where he could buy vtak

Rep Power: 0 Well I went to the track friday night, and the guy didn't show up. I had crappy *** times by the way too. But the funny thing is the guy didn't show up. Well I went to my friends apartment and asked the guy why he didn't come out. He just said he didn't feel like paying $10. So later that night we went to this street in Southlake (right next the Grapevine). We lined up and then the guy chickened out and didn't want to race. What a #ucktard!!!

Rep Power: 0 Damn. He should research more on his civic before he opens his mouth. Tell him how to install a vtec light in his car from one of the DIY's. Then he can at lease say he has a vtec light. Not that it would work or anything.
