Hey guys sorry we had to refine the jig a little bit after Mike from SF tested the pulley. They should be done tomorrow, but I will keep you posted. We had to ensure its perfect quality. Thanks for bearing with us.

The jig is the base item used as a model for the rest of the pulleys. We had to make sure it was perfect before making all of them. Slight set back but no big deal

Plain and simple did not fit, don't know how it was off, but we went and got a New D17 Pulley from Honda today so no worries it will be HIGLY precise for everyone.

hmm, i have to change my timing belt soon for its maintanance, I might as well wait since I have to change it for the new pulley anyway. My question is though, is it true that you have to remove the water pump in order to get to the pulley?
