I've purchased before from Greg and I kno him on a friendly basis. I did meet him once and bought once from him and the item came a few days earlier than expected, the price was also very good. I decided to order again.
But this time was not like the past.
I ordered Aero sides, plastic gauge bezel protecter and OEM center dash /w vents (not the kit, the dash itself)
I told him shipping was not a problem and he can ship out anytime with no hurry, so Im not complaining about shipping but he did tell me he would contact me when it'll get to my house because his 'guy' didnt get a tracking on my shipment. Fine I said, they came last nite (X-Mas eve) and I was never notified on when exactly they were going to come; all I knew was they were coming roughly next couple weeks, I couldnt really guess on which week because I sent the money out a few days before ThanksGiving, I thought even tho I didnt NEED the items at that moment I could get some source of shipping status sooner or later via AIM.
Im not mad about that because I did tell him there was no hurry; but I needed notification; lucky me it turned out ok.
On top of that my side vents were not sent but the center dash was. The center piece was in a clear plastic bag all shipped in a beaten box. The dash came out messed up on it's right side along the bottom corner, small scratches and a lil welt. I installed it and you can barely see it but I am still mad...
The plastic gauge protecter was also no where to be found. Grrrrrrrrr
The Aero sides did come in and I am very satisfied with that. Color matched perfect and all hardware included.

first....i took a moneyorder from you when, i normally dont,, and you know the condtions and why you sent it early. I cannt control if UPS beats the crap outta a box...thats not out bad!!! You can call ups if you get a damaged package. You never even notified me either. You also have orders for rare and non stock otems like small interior peices. You got wm as fast as honda could supply them. You also put restaints on when i could ship it..(could not be delivered fri-sun.) ...i dont know anyone that takes care to makes sure you get it garanteed on those days youre home there.. You did not get tracking becuse the UPS computer used for shipping was beyond fried, and major tracking email probs had occured.

I told you I wasnt mad about shipping and yet you defend yourself with UPS and traisl in which you agreeed upon.
Then you say that my shipping was hard to comply with; that is why I told you you can ship it anytime, so do not ambush me about that. I think making a special request as a customer, it should be done without motive of pointing the finger. I could simple say that my items (some of them atleast) came a little more than 1 month after money was sent, and that I am unhappy with that, but we made an agreement on that. Just like the request for certain days and moneyorder
The moneyorder was sent at your best covenient time and I made sure of that, plus you didnt have to accept it if you didnt want.


Also the hardware for the skirts were not the ones Honda uses and the correct bolts were not included.

SUGGESTION:

If you haven't tried to settle your issues with the vendor by phone or email, then you should not be running and posting it on this board. From the date of your post it appears you jumped right in here with it. Posting a problem on Christmas day, not a likely day to be doing business.

1. I understand that you are compaining and saying you aren't pissed at the same time.

2. This forum is sort of a court of last resort. If you have evidence that you have tried every other way to settle this, then you need to present it here, not just take off posting on this board.

3. Christmas day? Look at the date of your first post, December, 25. You said this "Fine I said, they came last nite (X-Mas eve)".

So your stuff came on Christmas eve and you posted this the next day in the very early morning. Now just how much private negotiations did you do with the seller between Christmas eve and early Chrismas day?

4. Now let me tell you something about public message boards. If you post on a public board, then you need to know that you should expect a public response. (That's the reason for trying to settle your little problem privately in the first place.) I have the right to post my opinion here, based on what has been posted and based on that alone.
