UPDATE: The motherboard ended up being defective and I returned it to him. He confirmed the defect and gave me options to get another one or my money back. He hasn't replied for a month. Paypal will not investigate purchases after 30 days.

Does anyone here (especially in Toronto) that knows Decamo? (Chris Muy)
