whats going on with lubecontrol.com ? i placed an order on feb 28 and was billed on my card on march 2nd for 32oz of fp60 and lc20 (basic items that would normally be in stock). it gets shipped out on March 7 with an estimated delivery of march 12. the company is located in texas and im in CA so ground shipping is normally 3 days. i wait for the order and its showing activity on the 10th that it arrived to CA. but nothing at my door by March 13, not even a sticker saying they attempted to deliver. i look at the fedex tracking and it shows it was signed and sent back to the facility signed by "SKISSENER" on March 14. i dont know who the hell SKISSENER is, but that guy needs to send my products back to me asap.
i dont know if i should contact my bank and restract my funds because its been over 2 weeks. i have emailed lubecontrol.com twice and no response. i called eariler and left a msg and we'll see how that goes. but in the meantime, this is such a pita

Rep Power: 0 still no response, called again on friday afternoon and no one picked up after 3 calls. went ahead and retracted funds.
does anyone know if they changed ownership? last time i ordered from them a year ago, it went swell :/

got a call from Lucas (LCD rep) that worked for LCD. he said he will refund my money AND still ship out the product at free cost
. turns out they were backed up badly and fedex damaged the product during shipment. Fedex then shipped it back to the shipper. thumbs up to Lucas/LCD for great customer service when it comes to returns. therefore, fedex is at fault.
my apologies to LCD and Lucas for blaming lubecontrol.com. i had no contact or couldnt figure out what was going on so i pointed at LCD. it wont happen again!
