Selling to an admin - Pharoh This thread is concerning my dealings with Pharoh (Mike) over my bundled rear Progress sway stuff ( Progress rear sway bar, Progress adapter links (for DX/LX 01), Grey's endlinks, Progress rear lower tie bar). Since I still cannot seem to get a response, might as well start this feedback thread.
I went to Ottawa back in May (2005) for a meet and then met with Mike. He was thinking about getting his car back into form (after recently stripping it down). As I had fitment issues with the exhaust piping, I offered to sell him my progress rear sway stuff. Though I didn't need the money right away, at least it would be getting it's use. Money could be sent/given at a later point. Weeks/a couple months went by and I still wasn't in dire needs for the funds - as well, never seemed to have proper time to drive back and hang out in Ottawa. When I got more free time (ie lost the job and needed cash), decided to ask Mike moreso about the money. Heard a few excuses - mainly that he gets paid beginning of the month, blah blah blah. Though he did inform me that he had Landin's money (for the Progress adapter part that was also included in the sale (as well as a full set of Grey's endlinks)). Then came around that well he couldn't really use the sway bar without the progress lower tie bar. After some time + with him moving/repathing his career, I finally got it uninstalled and then shipped it (at my expense) to him. Since then (New Year's time frame), well I haven't really heard much out of him in relating to getting the funds for the deal. Fine, I do not think he has even installed the products - but that isn't my doing at the moment. True I didn't want to include the rear lower tie-bar at first as it was attached to my car (only part attached) and they were semi-covering up the drilled holes - but that changed and it was sent off to him.
Let's see if this thread now gets some response. I started another thread in a local regional subforum -( http://www.7thgencivic.com/forums/sh....php?p=3929892 ) which he's chosen to ignore. I do believe he has me blocked on MSN. As well, last I knew he was reading the private messages I've sent to him - because he answered on chat about one half one time (when the server was not propagating).
Sadly, one would think there would be better response+ from the higher ups on this board. I even wrote to Derek about two weeks ago to possibly get some help in getting a response
