Anyone ever ordered anything from this website? I ordered some Kaminari Sides back on Feb 22nd and still have not recieved them. Their customer service doesn't have a tracking number and keep putting me off by telling me that they should arrive soon.
Their Customer Service page says items in stock take 4-7 days. This item was in stock. Today is April 5. Almost been a month and a half.
Now they say they sent out new ones. I'll believe it when I see it.

call your credit card company. tell them to NOT pay them, tell them you never got product after 2 months. if you haven't paid the balance already of course. even then they might be able to do something. but you can totally stop payment.

Rep Power: 347 Andys Auto sport is a pretty big company. They advertise heavily in tuner mags, so they're not a fly by night company. Sounds like their customer service sucks, though. I'd say keep on their asses about this

Rep Power: 0 Oh I am. I email them everyday. Their latest update is that they are going to reship it 4/7. They may just be puttin it off by telling me that. Also, they told me it was shipped in a bulk shipment so they don't have a tracking number for me. I'm like ok, I have no clue where my item is and if it even got shipped.

Rep Power: 0 I've heard that andysautosport is a terrible site. Their customer service is awful and it takes forever to get anything. Id try to stop payment or something, because 2 months is an absolutely crazy amount of time, and thats total bs that you have nothing yet.
