We set up the deal and he agreed to use escrow.com as a method of payment. When using the escrow service I give them the money and a non refundable percentage to escrow. Well I had paid escrow the money for the kit and the service, it was then his turn to ship the kit, only he said he wouldn’t until I told escrow that I had receive the kit, which would leave my f**ked. So long story short he wasted my time and the cost of escrow.com which was about 140 bucks so only trade with him at your own risk.

yea, that sounds a bit fishy, telling them you got it before he sent it out, now that i think about it, that sounds like a total scam in the works.

Ok let me say this, we both agreed to cancel the deal, it was my mistake of not reading the terms of escrow, i thought it was like paypal or western union, I have done a lot of business on the net and have a 100% positive feedback rating on ebay.com, I wasnt trying to scam you, I just didnt like service with escrow.com and asked you to use paypal or western union, and then you started to act smart so i decided not to do business with you, so i dont know what your crying about but seriously get over it, and if your gonna post msgs i sent you, then you should post the rude messages you sent me before i backed out of the deal. simple as that.

I dont think anyone would ship an expensive item out like that before recieving any sort of funds. At least i would trust a service like paypal or western union which are a few of the best services and im sure many other people will agree.

I already said forget it, and i dont think i would be stupid enough to ship the turbo kit without any funds. Escrow is a new service and because of that i dont trust it but i would never use that service, i do a lot of business on ebay and i have never used that, i use paypal and western union because there more known and safe. If you dont want to use those services like i said cancel this deal. I do not appreciate smart ***` who waste my time.

i offered to lower the price by how much you lost if we went with another service, I think that was fair enough, and you didnt lose that money considering we both agreed to cancel that transaction, you only would have lost that if we finsihed the transaction, so im not paying you a cent for nothing.

Thank you, thats what i will be willing to do if he stops acting like a cry baby, i never wanted to scam him or anything, i just didnt like the escrow service and wanted to switch it to what i normally use, Paypal or western union. Theres no need for this nonsense.

do you even know what escrow is buddy?

he paid you his money - he gave it to them. now all you have to do is send him the turbo and you get the money. it doesn't make sence that you don't wanna use escrow cuz all escrow is, is a service that makes sure BOTH of you don't get screwed. you're asking him to trust to you when he doesn't know you from the next screen name over the net? sounds fishy.
anyways, just thought id chime in since i think paypal should work like escrow in that they hold the money til the transaction is complete. then everybody is happy. but not my deal so whatevers clever for you guys.

yea...doesnt make sense that escrow isnt good enough. escrow verifies that the funds are there. whether you are pulling a scam or not, isnt the point...the point is that SO many people get scammed using the regular ebay method. not everyone on ebay is a scammer...but so many people get scammed off ebay because of the way paypal works. escrow is the way it SHOULD be, because it protects both parties. i dont see any reason why you should have backed out of the deal. escrow verifies the funds are there...why not just ship it out since you know you're getting your money?

i never used escrow before and i should have read terms but i figured it was like paypal or western union considering i always use those services, im selling something thats expensive and i was just trying to becareful that i wouldnt ship my item out and not recieve any funds, i mean you need to trust in the service before you use it, and doesnt paypal have buyer protection? anyways i still prefer using paypal or western union due to good experience in the past.
