Well a while back I bought valvetrain from KMS. I recieved it in a timely fashion and the parts were of good quality. So I figured I'd get my rods, pistons, and rings through them as well. BIG MISTAKE. Its been almost two months and nothing. They told me it would take aprox two weeks. Everytime I called when I actually got a hold of John or Valerie it was some bullshit excuse and "it will be out by the end of the week, I'll send a tracking number". I paid 1020 dollars in advance for these parts. Finally I had enough, I told them if they couldn't have them ready on wed the 22 I was canceling the order and Valerie agreed that it would be done. Well on wednesday I called numerous times as well as my fiance, left messages saying I wanted a refund and emailed as well. Finally at 9:30 at night John calls my cell while I am in the shower getting ready for bed WTF!!. My fiance tells him that I want a refund and that she is on the joint account making her authorized to cancel my order. He said he wanted to talk to me before he would cancel the order and that was all he wanted to hear, he said his mill was broken and he needed more time. 7 weeks is more than enough time. I called back about 5 mins later and nobody answered. At this point I have no more patience for these little kid games. FINALLY I get a call from Valerie the next morning(not John who so desperately had to talk to me at 9:30 at night) I told her to cancel the order and she said she would. The next day it still wasnt pending and my Fiance calls them on one of the numbers that they called me on before. Valerie answers and when my Fiance asks whats up with the refund she says, "honey this is my home phone" AND HUNG UP THE PHONE!!! So anyways she gets off her lazy *** and faxes us transaction receipts for the rufund but theres just one problem it says "transaction aproved offline"Well I help run a business and I know for a fact that that doesnt mean **** because you can unplug the machine and then cancel the order to get those reciepts. So we called our bank and filed a claim. Turns out that after 60 days you cant file but we snuck in within a week, thank god. The refund still hasnt posted from KMS after 4 days (it only takes 2-3) and 60 days will be tomorrow. They dont know that I was filing a claim but I figure they know about the 60 day bullshit. I hope they will be surprised when my bank climbs up there asses. I think they were trying to scam me the whole time and never intended to get me my parts. My bank gave me my money back and they will be taking care of it from there. Banks always get there money so I hope they are ready for a fight. I am sending them all my emails and all of the proof I have of everything. I am also pondering filing a fraud claim with the Federal Trade Commision if my bank tells me that it would help people from getting scammed again. I want everyone to know that at no point did I ever raise my voice or be disrespectfull in any way, shape, or form. I was always professional and never cursed. All I wanted was what was owed to me, nothing more and nothing less. I guess that was too much to ask for.

Yeah me too. This Project was supposed to be a fun one. Nobody expects much from a sohc so it was a low pressure build. We have an H22 turbo that we take to NE Dragway somewhat regularly so it wasnt a high stress deal. It turned into a major hassle though for no reason. I am just gonna put nice d16 stuff in the thing because I can get them asap through our nopi dealer account. I wanted a legit d17 but now I just wanna get this thing together. Ill just add a couple of lbs to equal that .1 liter hehe. Later guys, watch your asses out there. Lots of scammers. Oh btw they are a company, if thats what we wanna call them lol KMS Engine Developement.
