I had purchased tires and rims from tiretrends.com and everything was put in to motion. They were awesome, i recommend them to anyone buying in Canada. Great prices and killer service. Anyways, I have them purchased and TT says they will be in my hands within 3 days, cool. Unfortunately, purolator has a MAJOR BRAINF*&K and decides to put 3 tires on the trailer bound for Edmonton and send the other one to TO. At this time I don't know it is going to TO. I get my 3 tires/rims and call puro to find the missing tire/rim. They can't find it. I put a trace on it and they said they would call me back. I had to call them back. Thier tracking system sucks and is VERY vague fo customers. I looked on the internet to see where this package was and all it said is it was "recieved" from TT. This all took place April 28th. I didn't recieve my last rim/tire until May 5th. I had TT call me on on May 2 to tell me it was in TO and on its way to me. TT called me first, NOT puro. Why? Cuz they are idiots. In fact they were soo bad that TT decided to close thier account with them beucase I guess this wasn't the first time this has happened to their customers.

Some advice, if you can AVOID purolator, their customer service sucks, their tracking sucks and their package sorting sucks. Use a well known service that isn't owned by our RETARDED Gov't. That should pretty much some up why thier service sucks. Thanks puro and too bad you lost TT's account, I heard from their Shipping Manager they spend 250K a year with you guys, sucks to be you!!!

yes purolator sucks major as$, they charge your a **** load for handling and other bogus fees.

Canada Post is good for shipping, i've actually bought rims and Canada Post handled the package.
