Angry Impulse

Okay, i ordered my HIDs and paid full money to him on NOV 17!!! since then i did not recieve anything yet, i did not get a tracking number and i still dunno which shipping company he used. He told me my package might be at the customs, so he will not refund my money. Its been so long now and i'm sick of waiting. Maybe its not his fault but i just want my kit or my money back!!! wht do u guys think i should do? continue to wait? so impulse if u see this can u please do something for me.....

I dont know what to tell you man... We have been talking online too eachother almost everyday, and I have kept telling you that im calling companies and trying too figure something out... I dont have a tracking number because my supplier drop shipped it straight too you. I gave you his email and #, keep trying to contact him...

The only thing i can think of is the fact that its at customs... Ive asked people at USPS, and they all said packages could be in customs for weeks... I' am trying my best man, and you know that. Tomorrow, I will speak too my supplier to see what we can do. According to him we have had 5 shipments sitting in Canada customs so far

I hope you understand that sending my hardworking money and not recieving anything really worries me. i am not too happy with how ur supplier is doin business..... how can he not have a tracking number and not provide me with any prove of delivery? obviously i wouldn't be making a statement on here if i have a tracking number cuz i can just go bug the shipping company. Sorry if i am giving you crap but i paid u the money and u are the sales rep so you have some responsibility.

well... shipping stuff across the border is a pain. and about the tracking number thing, it was probably faster at the time to just drop ship it to you than to get a tracking number, who knew the custom is going to hold it for this long. probably 'cause its holiday season and stuff..

I know you send your hardworking money for it, but if you want it fast, you should have probably gotten it local or at least order from a place that ships from Canada. All and all, I think you should just wait it out since I don't think Impluse is trying to rip anyone off.

well, my problem is solved. All i need to do is install the damn thing. I have received the bulb.


Jay is a good guy. The boarder prob has your package, cuz is hoilday. It can take up to a month for your package to be deliver.

well jay told me that it takes 2 weeks to get here from his supplier, and now its been at the custom for 1 month so total is almost 1.5 month..... don't u guys think that is theres a problem? why is the customs holding it for that long?

customs need to verify info to where its being shipped. i bought my rims from somebody in canada and customs wouldn't let them go until i contacted them and gave them some more info.

Ya shipping to Canada is crazy. When I shipped something, I just had to give ups the extra info so it would go without problems. Maybe the supplier forgot something and that's why it's stuck at customs? Impulse, you really need to find a new supplier so your rep doesn't suffer for their fault.

I never had a problem when I shipped some konis to another member in canada. Only thing was when it got to customs, they charged him like $50 so he could even have the package. I was told by UPS it would only be like $10.

Shipping to and from Canada SUCKS. My package (underbody leds) was held by customs in canada.. I ordered Nov. 1... they needed to hold it for some reason.. I don't know.. It finally arrived on December 27th !!

I've never had a problem with jay.. NEVER. Unfortunately jay has to work with other morons and other incompetent goverment fo0ls that work on their own schedules and with their own regulations.. If Jay says that customs has it... then customs has it..

If you are getting ancy.. (which is obvious you are and with good reason..) Look in your phone book or whatever canada has to look up phone numbers and look up the listing for customs.. Track it down..

I'm sure Jay is doing everything he can to help you out..

i've bought 3 hid kits from him....all of them in perfect condition I even got them sooner than what he said....I only got a kit that wasnt the one that i ordered and he switched it for me with no problems. he answered all my mails and questions as soon as i got back online.

Well, I ordered my kit around 1:30 today, HID 5000k for my H4's and then another 5000k H11 for the fogs.. and he had my tracking number by 2 p.m. Thats the fastest tracking I've had ever! Great guy!

Really! well he said his supplier sended it out thats why he didn't get the tracking number for me. But i hope i get this stupid kit soon cuz its been sooo long and i don't wanna get more pissed then i already am
