Oh wow just saw your in canada lol, its prob gonna tke forever, I've had friends get thigns from like australia and it took about 5 months, and when I ordered my euro spec tailights it took about 4 months to get through customs lol.. I can't beleiev you started a thread about this man, I'd say after 6 months then you can get mad

Why does it take so long...... usually when i order parts from the state it only take a week or two, and its been nearly two months..... impulse told me customs released it and i should get it in two weeks, well next monday is when two weeks is up. I'm goin to wait til monday and see whtsup....

Rep Power: 306 I didnt get a chance to read through out this whole post, but impulse will not screw any of u guys over. When i had h1 bulbs for my halo projectors, and switched back to me OEM, he got me h4 HID bulbs for'em and exchanged it. Hes a good guy, just be patient.

Rep Power: 0 Yes i know hes not goin to screw me over...... But i have no prove of delivery, no idea where my kit is. Its in the mail for almost two months. I am patient and i will wait til monday, obviously you don't know how much it worries me cuz i cannot get my money back and have to keep waiting til who knows when.....

blkcivic, have you tried to call your local customs administration? call them, ask questions, tell them your situation. go personally if you have can. if jay really wanted to con people out of their money, he wouldve done it a long time ago... in my opinion, he's done what he's had to do. I've had similar situations before from multiple online stores. sometimes they only go as far as selling you a product, never answering a single question or handling any of your concerns.
in jays defense to a previous statement...as a private distributor, he has the right to refuse business with anyone.

Rep Power: 0 Okay i called the customs on friday and they redirected me straight to the warehouse where they keep all the packages. They searched for it and looked it up on the computer and they said my package isn't there. I waited from nov 17 to jan 17 and nothing have arrived yet, so i am wondering if his suppier even send it out??? this is not impulse's fault but i seriously want my money back now!! My friend just orderd parts from the state and it only took him 10 days, so no matter what it shouldn't take that long.......
Impulse i couldn't contact you so if you see this, pm, aim, or call me but i think i will do all of those things tomorrow to cancel my order

Rep Power: 0 Not taking sides, but if Impulse refunds the money, and blkcivic recieves the HIDs, impulse should definately get the money or the HIDs back. I believe customs can take a long time, luckily Im in Arizona. If I lived in Canada/Mexico, I would pay the extra money for anything I ordered to get overnighted-3day delivery. If you dont want to wait a few months, its your responsibility to pay the extra shipping to make sure its fast. Again, Im not taking sides, but if the HIDs come, blckcivic should return the money or bulbs.

There is no need for this "stfu" I under stand if you are friends with impulse , but we have some people trying to take care of business and impluse is being pretty good here keeping his cool and handeling these matters at hand and you (megahurtz) are not helping him, and you said he is a friend. Be his friend and help him out. Impluse gets a

Now as for the smuggler (my friend) Impulse said he would exchange them, as for him installing them, he was under the understanding that they would match, because that is what he asked for, he wanted both his fogs and headlight hids to match. WE are all car lovers and enjoy alot of the same things, lets all be grownups here and move forward. Good luck to everyone for things to work out smoothly

Rep Power: 396 ^^Yeah I'm not mad or anything lol, don't get me wrong, my HID's got to me fast as hell with nice shipping packages, I just eneded up with one white (well actually yellowish lol) set of HID's for my headlights, but no biggie =) I'm definatley not here to start anything, I would gladly buy from Impulse again lol. And Impulse, I don't really know anything about HID's, I was trusting you, and I asked you if that kit was the right one and would match my fogs before I installed it and you said yeah no probelm even though it says something differnt its the same company as XTECS... just to lcear that up

impulse, i think your supplier owes you some money...unfortunate situation in general....perhaps a new supplier is order.
