So if I give you a refund are you going to pay me for installing the parts on your car? The only reason I didn't charge anything for the install was cause you bought the suspension. So if you want a refund then I would like payment for my time spend on the installation. Before we installed the parts we met up and you checked out all the pieces and knew exactly what you were getting, did you not? I did make an offer to give you my pieces from my suspension but you had to give me part of yours in return but you didn't want to do that.

this has been going on for over a year...that is some fuked up ****...this kinda of stuff should have been resolved long ago...that is called bad salesmenship...hey u never asked for money to do the installing of the suspension...and i dont see a written agreement that if he gets a refund on the suspension that he has to pay u for labor...thats not how it works, if you offer to do labor without charge, than its you who is risking your time and effort if things dont work out...money back and suspension back and case closed should be the end of it

wow, how shady is that?
if you're serious about what you said, then IM me on aim. you know the sn...
what i will do is have someone meet you at your house at san leandro and bring every piece that you gave me and you hand them my $200 refund back. IM me on AIM and we'll talk about it more. i dont visit this site often so dont PM me here.
if your gonna charge me for labor, i'd be happy to include the bill of my reicept from the shop that removed the hayame coilovers you installed "for" me.
