I would suggest making a negative feedback thread to catch his attention. Although I know there's two sides to a story, this is still totally unacceptable, especially from a mod.

Of course there are always two sides to a story. I dont think most of you would like to refund anyone there money when they are calling you 15-20 times a day especially round 2 or 3 in the morning and having their friends calling you from some Sprint phone thing online. I told him that I would get his parts but with all that BS he was pulling why would I want to give him his parts now? I mean if you really want to know ask DizWickedCivic. He knew what Jttegx was doing, I just didnt want to say nothing cause there is no point. If he wants to be a kid let him do his own thing then.

so thats your excuse for selling non-working coilovers in the first place AND why you didnt give me the rest of the parts? you KNEW they didnt work and just never told me that. now after you installed them, they were complete ****. after our verbal agreement on the uppermounts (which were the pieces i needed to make them work), i calmly waited approxmiately 2-3 weeks for them. you flaked out and completely ignored me... so after like a month, you finally PMed me saying its my fault and you wanted to fight..then call me up and threaten me, know where i live, my license ID...wtf.

maybe you could've contacted me before all that then i could relize you was a buster instead of ignorning me and knowing me trying to get in contact with you. so after you flaking out, i was pissed cause i loss $200. so i wanted to give you hell just thinking how shady you are.

and that makes you a bad seller, correct?

what does "DizWickedCivic" know? that he also knows that you sold me fcuked up coilovers too cause i came to him asking for help.. at least hes trying to help me with my sitautation that you put me in.

if you didnt think you were such a bad person, i dont see why you wouldnt keep your original username "2003civic" instead of making other ones on this site...

either fix this, or i will ban all your user names and every subsequent user name you create. and if you don't solve this, I will also release all of your information to him that I have so he can track you down and either take you to court or file a claim or whatever so he can get his money back. (with your IP address he can contact pacific bel, your ISP, and get your personal info since he can file a suit/claim against you)

the nic ID, or MAC address, is said to be unique to each item given such an address. in other words, no two are supposed to be alike. this, however, has nothing to do with the IP address you are assigned.

IP addresses are assigned as such:

ALL Internet Service Providers are given a bank/range of IP addresses to use. That way, the same IP can't be given to someone else by another company, since IP addresses are also unique in the sense that no one has YOUR IP while you are online. that said:

If you are on dialup, simply disconnecting, and redialing into your ISP will get you a new IP.

If you are on high speed, such as cable modem or DSL, you are given what's called a DYNAMIC IP address. (dynamic means it changes. to get a static IP, you often have to pay more since it's used for web or game servers,etc) Again, this has NOTHING to do with your NICs MAC address. Your IP is also given an expiration date (so to speak) and will change after a preset amount of time. This is usually several months. buying a new network card to try and change your IP address is like putting a bandaid on your elbow after you get kicked in the crotch. in other words, it won't do anything to change your IP.

whats missing? the entire rear uppermounts assembly which was the agreement on. but wait... your currently using them for your tein basics right? i guess you really didnt want to go search for your OEM rear uppermounts from your "friend" so you give me the uppermounts that were originally from the hayames


one of the front tie rod connectors... no one told me about that crack in the welds. im glad someone told me about it at the same time you 'installed' the rears trying to use my OEM uppermounts which didnt work obviously. but this isnt the case anyways.

Tim, since you claim they were in "working condition", how about i return every single piece that was included in the sale exactly the way it was and you give me the refund? FYI, the only time it was ever installed was when you installed them. after having issues with it, i immediately went to the bodyshop and paid $80 out of my own pocket for them to install my OEM **** back on. so now, these hayames are just sitting in the same box u gave it to me in. so how bout it?...

You dont even know how the deal went down. I told him SOLD AS IS. He knew that I got into an accident with them. What part of that is illegal? I told him that he would need new uppermounts for them to work. I met up with him and showed it to him before he even bought the coilovers and then met up with him at a later date and installed the parts for him. I wonder what part of my whole transaction with him was illegal when I stated that it would be sold as is when he bought them.

bullshit, you told me exactly "yeah, the rears will work with your OEM uppermounts". of course, one of the front ones were damaged and i knew that. but thats not what im worried about... its the rears. after you installed them with my OEM rear uppermounts, it didnt work. therefore you lied. so you said you will give me the original hayame rear uppermounts and that was our verbal agreement..

dated 9/4/2004. our transaction was little before may 1st (which was the norcal techday). between 5/1/04 - 9/4/04 was exactly how long i have waited for you to give me the rear uppermounts.

so here lies the discrepancy. it sounds to me like you misrepresented your product according to him. you can say sold as is all you want, but if you tell him something that you believe is true such as "they will work with OEM uppermounts" and then they don't, it's your responsibility to fix the situation. when you say sold as is, it doesn't mean you can tell him anything you want about the product whether it's true or not.

it sounds very simple. jittegx sounds like he is asking for either a refund or the most simple solution, send him the rear uppermounts for the hayame's.
