Caution Buying For Judy' Deals..

long story made short i bought a wirerless fm transmitter for http://stores.ebay.com/JUDYSDEALS-DOT-COM and when i got the dam thing it didnt work.. after tryin to fix it myself.. i went about returning it.. upto that point everything was cool. then today.. 2 weekes later i get the refund.. MINUS SHIPPING.. so i call the f**kin company to find out why i had to pay for shipping the broken item back AND they kept my original shipping charge.. "ACCORDING TO OUR SELLER DETAILS ON EBAY, YOU CAN SEE THAT WE KEEP YOUR SHIPPING CHARGE. MOST COMPANYS CHARGE A RESTOCKING FEE." THATS WHAT THE IDOIT ON THE PHONE TOLD ME.. SO I ASKED WHY I HAD TO PAY X2 FOR SHIPPING IF THE ITEM WAS BROKEN.... to which i was told it just company policy..

i am soo pissed.. anyway just becarefull of these peaple...

you should only have to pay a restocking fee if the item you are returning is new and opened. But if it doesnt work, then it shouldnt apply. Also most of the time you would have to pay to ship the item back, but they should refund you the original shipping charge if it didnt work. thats sucks though you got screwed. Hope you get things worked out.
