I bought a set of wheels and tires from him and they were at another persons house when shipped. He had not seen the wheels and tires for quite awhile and gave me a super deal on them. When they came they were not in quite as good of shape as he remembered and he did not pack them so they were not packed very protectively.

Long story short I called Ryan, explained my issues with the setup and he did not give me any negativity at all. He worked with me to resolve ALL of the issues and called me at least twice a week until everything was worked out to a resolution even better than I had hoped for.

I really can't say enough about the character of this guy. I have done over 200 internet transactions on Ebay and various other auto forums and this is BY FAR the best of them. It is good to see that there are still people out there that care more about other people than what they can get for themselves. He restored by trust in the basic goodness of human nature and made me think that there are still some good people out there who are honest and trustworthy.

Sincere thanks to Ryan and all others like him who keep members of this forum and others happy and satisfied.
