okay still dont have the pump BUT i
deleted the original post... because i just got a call from
jeff at street level.... really nice guy... he did ship the pump and
is out of his hands... he is doing everything possible to satisfy me as customer.... have to give them alot of credit excellent customer service...
and very shocked that they took the time to actually follow up .. rather then just pass the buck on UPS.....

so cause of that ....

yeah, I ordered a msd pump too from Jeff and mine also got messed up thanx to USPS........trust me, Jeff feels bad about what happened.....and it is costing him money to keep you happy. Streetlevel has excellent customer service and i have made 3 seperate purchases with them

one thing to guys is that jeff also has a full-time job....the website is not his only job...it is what he comes home to in the evening....it is just him...he runs the whole thing...not to mention that he made the 12hr drive to my house to help with the return fuel conversion kit....

No need to make excuses these things happen. We will do everything in our power to make each and every customer happy. I'm calling USPS today to find out what the hell happened and I already refunded "mindthegap" ALL of the money he paid to have his order overnighted.
