Anyone hear of jujeracing on ebay? Bad experience!!
I wanted a new shiftboot for my civ. I thought this seller would be good. Looked like a good quality product, inexpensive, good feedback. I won the auction on 3-21. I paid with paypal on 3-26. In their listing it states, ' After 14 days with no payment, we will leave negative feedback, etc, etc.'
After about a week, I email them asking for a tracking number. In the auction they use a 3-4 day shipping. The answer I get is basically we are busy, please wait. Another email and they tell me it has been sent with a trackimg number. When it finally arrives on 4-15, I notice the postmark when it was sent was 4-7. This was after they had told me it was sent and we have a tracking number to prove it. NEVER got the number.
On 4-21, I leave the seller NEUTRAL feedback because of the slow shipping and because the boot does not fit. The pattern is not the same as the OEM piece.
On 5-7, the seller leaves me NEGATIVE feedback. "took forever to send payment and awful communication skills". I paid within 5 days. Well within their guidelines. I received little info from them about the status of my item when asked many times. On 5-7, they leave a followup to the neutral comment. "all items r direct fits, did you install it correctly? Contact us, we'll help you." This was the same day they left me the negative feedback.
I have contacted squaretrade(seller does not want to discuss the matter or mediate), ebay, and paypal.
jujeracing refuses to answer their phone, I get voicemail. Will not respond to emails. The one response was, " I'm sorry, we will not be retracting our feedback.. The feedback we left was fair and correct".
I will next be contacting the Better Business Bureau. Anyone know of anyone else I can contact?
Everyone, please check out their feedback. If you think what they did was wrong, please reply to this thread. If you feel the feedback they left was accurate, reply as well!

I see people with jujeracing stickers on their cars sometimes.
That's bullshit. I hate it when people leave you negative or neutral feedback and you don't deserve it.
I ordered some bookends, and they took 13 days to arrive. The seller never replied to any of my emails. I paid like 1 hour after the auction ended. So they arrive, I leave neutral feedback saying "No communication. Item took 13 days to arrive. Slow shipping." They leave me neutral feedback saying "auction said can take up to 14 days to arrive." But the auction NEVER SAID THAT (i double checked). I replied to the neutral feedback, saying "Auction didn't say that anywhere, click and see for yourself ------>"
Anyway, that's not as bad as what happened to you, but it's the same principle: sellers being stupid.
Here's what you can do.
1. You can post a follow-up to the negative feedback. This will allow you to reply to their feedback, and hopefully explain to users looking at your feedback that it wasn't your fault.
2. squaretrade (squaretrade.com?) has a feedback-removing feature. You're not supposed to be able to remove feedback from eBay, but it's possible.
If you do the square trade thing, let me know. I've never removed feedback with them, but I had them settle a problem I was having once. It was free when I used it. I assume it still is.
Good luck.

I bought a Type-R shift boot for my RSX from them...took repeated emails for them to send it out, total time from when i won the auction till i got it was over a month. Then i had some problems w/ install/fitment emailed them, and never got a responce. So their shift boot sits in my glove box cvcause I can't get it on...30$ down the drain.

Their first response to squaretrade was, "We do not wish to discuss the matter or mediate" I did leave a follow up to the negative feedback they left me. I got an email from them saying, "We will not retract the feedback. We think it is fair" I have the Better Business Bureau investigating them now.
DO NOT PATRONIZE JUJERACING ON EBAY. You can, if you want bad service, no communication, and poor fitting products.
