Angry Attn Hondawerx!

i ordered a hood trim for my sedan about 1 month ago. at first i thought it would take a lil long cuz you said u had to get it from some factory in the middle of nowhere. then it had been a month already and i emailed and messaged you. u told me that it got mssed up and u ordered another one. it's been two and half weeks since. you promised me a tracking number that week.

first you should have emailed me about the product getting messed up and reordering it.
second of all, i dont think it takes this long to get a damn hood trim.

i just want my damn hood trim. i know some of you deal with him, i think carbon fly does.
so please hlep me out and help me contact him. ive tried emailing a bunch of times, but no replies.

i had problems with hondawerx too... for a tweeter pod

u know with all the positive feedback they get, it kinda makes me worry how they'll treat different ppl differently, process quickly for some, and slowly for others.

I would not give them business, if they can't even process something as small as a tweeter pod or hood trim, then how can i expect them to process something big? I know how u feel guam...if i were you, i'd do what i did in the end, just ask for your money back and take ur business elsewhere

how can i ask for my money back when i can't even contact him? it seems as if he's avoiding me cuz everytime i go on aim, he logs off..
i knew i shouldve picked the other company..

this is a perfect example of why i dont buy anything from this site anymore whether its from someone else or a vendor.

i know we may have some good ppl/vendors, but this is getting pretty redicilous.

Fly should know more about this, he's sponsored by him supposedly.

you got many emailed returned. and i am on AIM only on occation and is NOT my main source of contact. even on my away messages, i ask people to EMAIL me if im not there. Your item was special order and you were informed of it. the first one arrived damaged and i had to wait for another one. painted hood trims are not a commonly stocked honda part, so not manhy are warehoused in general.

i sent many meails but only got 2 back. u told me that the part was special ordered but u never told me that it would take that long. well i got the part today. thanks for ur business.
