Post CIRCA X Suspended...All affected please read....
I would like to inform you that Circa X has been suspended until all outstanding matters with our members have been resolved. We do not take these things lightly and will do our best to protect the members from future problems.

In the meantime I would like any member that has issues outstanding with Circa X to contact me directly at the following: Pharoh@sympatico.ca as I would like to have a running account of what's to be taken care of.

errr i ordered an altezza grill from him in like august 2003... still no grill when i talked to him on aim he'd always say hang on lemme call the vendor, put an away message and never come back.

I'm hoping to hear from him tomorrow. He last told me he was in the process of properly setting up his business while trying to refund and or ship all that was committed from this site. I'll let you all know when I hear.

Well guys I got my suspension so overall I've had a good experiance with Circa-X... Had some delays on my original order but only because his distributor was out of stock so I changed my order and got them right away....

I'm trying to get ahold of him but he might be in the middle of moving his business. Here's part of the email that I received from him on the 5th of this month.

I am in the process of closing my physical business location and trying to get my name back in the best way I know how. There are only 2 outstanding orders and both are coming in today to be shipped out tomorrow...

... two outstanding orders? well i hope my altezza grill is in that order... i havent been able to get him on the phone and everytime i emailed or talked to him on AIM he would say hang on i'll check the status and i'd never get anything after that... i hope he doesn't try to blow this off... i have the paypal transaction ID and i'll look for the tracking numbers/invoice i got when i recieved item 1 of 2 (blk tyc headlights)

i got jipped 20 bucks from showstoppers cuz they charged me 370 instead of 350 and i called them about that and he said he'd give me a store credit rather then a refund cuz it takes longer to refund my cc but of course i haven't ordered anything from them. i still want my 20 bucks back tho :0(
