what the heck happened to circa-x i didn't know so many ppl were having problems...
I bet he orders from ppl and gets the dropshipped....which is probably why he had so many problems...when he sends in an order and they are out of stock he is pretty much screwed, and the customer is having to wait till they have more in stock.

If you purchased your items with a credit/debit card call the company and let them know the situation. I did and it took ten days to get my money refunded. I'm never doing business with Circa-X. Chris is very unprofessional.

Rep Power: 0 I filed a complaint with paypal, and they said they will still review the transaction but they arent responsible for it if the transaction occured more than 30 days ago. I sent my money to him on Jan. 14

You should report it to the BBB and they should take care of you. Takes about 3 weeks.

Rep Power: 0 He has an HID ballast of mine that he was supposed to see about getting replaced under warranty, but that was a few weeks ago and I haven't heard back from him in a while. I suppose if there's still a list going I'll put my name on it, but towards the bottom since I'm not really out all that much

Rep Power: 334 wow i didnt know that many people had a problem with circa. i ordered from him many times in 03 and never had a problem. things where shipped ontime and prices were as promised. guess he fell off.
Anyone still have unresolved matters with Circa X. I might hence might be able to get a current phone number from him. As long my participation stays on this site. Let me know.
