those of you who know me know that money cames really hard to me, and I bought a camber kit from circa X 2 weeks ago via paypal for $125 and I havent heard much of anything from him. No products, no replies; nothing. I WANT A REFUND. Circa X, if you're on here gimmie my damn money back.

Im calling VISA tomorrow to put a contest to my bill for $850. I ordered a kit, projectors, and a grill on 1-13. He has lied to me about when they shipped out (HE STILL HAS NOT SHIPPED THEM OUT, Ive been in direct contact with Tsunami) and has sent me a fake tracking number. Also will not respond my calls, voicemails, emails, PMS, IMS, etc.

I filed a complaint with the BBB against him requesting money back ... all of you need to do it so they can understand how horrible of a seller he is.

from what i know the BBB will help in the dispute between you and the client outside of that they won't do anything, but from what i've read you've got your money back and now there is no reason to file but from what you've said you've filed already and after they send him notification and he recieves it and send it a refund reciept they won't do anything from that point....

paypal doesnt do **** either, you will just get emails that state that they are sorry that you lost money and that is about it.
