next tuesday, our class is having a free day in class and the instructor is allowing us to bring our own cars to work on in the school shop (automotive tech)

the instructor told me that on monday, knowning i need rear struts, i immediatly ordered 2 koni yellow rears for my car. during transaction the internet screwed up at work and they never recieved my order, but i paid them.

i was able to talk to Karen from tornactive/robearracing, she handled my order and told me they won't be able to ship out the item in time for my needs, and changed my shipping to ground. she handled the situation awesome and even gave me a gift certificate for the site for later uses, and told me my 3 day air will be refunded after the items ships.

i once again highly recommend tornactive/robearracing for their excellent service and prices. Rob and Karen, if you read this, thanks!
