stole $70 of my money.. saying he was gonna sell me his revo ss for $70 shipped.. that was like a month ago.. he just keps saying the post office sends it back to him.. funny.. NEVER happened with me before.. and ive sent him the CORRECT address like 6 times.. never gettin back to me.. hes a THIEF!!!!! NEVER buy from him.. and i intend to go to police if i dont get the shifter or my money within the next week....
damn i sent him $70 for the dang shifter also...he said it was mine....and he is giving me the same damn story..... if you get some info on the guy pm me with it also......
if i lived anywhere near him, id go get my money plus...i take him outside and beat him down.....

Wire and internet fraud are federal offenses. Give him 10 days to pay, and report him to federal & state authorities if he doesn't. If he isn't arrested, both victims should jointly retain an attorney to sue for comp & punitive damages, attorneys fees & court costs, totaling maybe $5,000.00 to $10,000.00 -- offer the attorney half to take the case on a contingency fee basis, and levy on his wages, car, computer and everything else he owns. P.S. Debts arising from fraud are not dischargeable in bankruptcy. He'll be paying $70.00 per month for the next ten years.

Business transactions go sour on the net all the time. Sometimes you win, sometimes you lose. It's really hard filing a charge against him for 70$.
It's a tought learning experience, but I've lost quite a bit of money from not recieving ebay merchandise. It's horrrible, but there is nothing really you can do.
