i ordered a kit from VIS last year (Jan 2002) and paid for it and shipping charges upon ordering. today, i recieve a letter from the shipping company stating that shipping charges have not been paid, and that I owe them for shipping. this was pre-paid upon ordering my body kit, and I also have a reciept from VIS racing in which this is also shown, along with bank transactions showing where the funds were removed from my account for this transaction. i am going to seek legal council on monday in accordance with this matter. i have also e-mailed VIS about this problem. i am highly reccommending that no one from here order from VIS racing due to the fact that i have incurred nothing but problems from their company. the kit in which i ordered was sub-par in craftsmanship, and was nothing but a hassle since i recieved it. in summations, VIS Racing Sports is a terrible company with terrible customer service which fails to meet customer expectations.

You get more response to the issue with a call.
I'm sure they can work it out for you before legal action is needed.
Maybe you can get some free **** for the inconvenience.
