at first I gave a bad rating but stuff happened and I am changing it to a good rating.
ups sucks. So far they have lost 2 packages. At first I thought that I was getting scammed but I have talked to robert through email and he is being very helpful in the situation and working with me to get the header. After finding out that ups lost the package and robert at has done everything he can to help I fully recommend them. I just hope you dont have to deal with the whole ups deal I did. I am assuming that we will get it all straightened out and I will finally get my header thanks to robert.

wow, pretty quick to jump the gun, I have no control over ups, I thought I was pretty generous to send another header before I get the other back, for all I know you could be ripping me off, the second one is not lost, if you look at the ups tracking number I sent you and the info they sent me it looks like it was misrouted in L.A., actually since they misrouted the package you get the shipping refunded. Sounds like a pretty good deal for someone trying to rip you off.

just a quick update.....I ended up talking to ups and they said that they lost the package and to have robert at bigjoshracing.com file a claim. Well a couple days later I talked to robert through email and apparently ups found it and shipped it. I called the local ups up and they did have it so I ended up picking it up. In the end I finally got it.
I would also like to say that robert and bigjoshracing has great customer service and I would highly recomend them to anyone.

I got my header, cat, mil eli just couple hours ago. The shipping was super fast, 4 business days from US to Canada. Thanks Rob, feedback will be left soon.
Im about to give these guys a bad rating. I ordered my stuff last week, the bank says that bigjoshracing has taken the money from my account (debit), but Ive tried to contact them through e-mail (2 different adresses) and phone (3 different times now) and Im getting nowhere. Im trying to get a tracking number for my shipment, and I cant even contact them. I think its unprofessional.
Has anybody else had this kind of service with them? I ordered this stuff last Monday (15th of March) and its now the 22nd.
