6am but my aem cai is installed
Aright just had to pat myself on the back, I just finished installing my Cai V1. It took me a few
hours and I could of had it done quicker but I made a few bone head maneuvers that delayed things a bit. Over all the gains are not large .. the sound gain is the biggest difference ..which I think is pretty sweet .. just wish I had the power to go with the noise. Big thanks to who ever posted the DIY on this because it helped a ton. This is the first time I've ever ventured into an engine and I must say its about as fun working on the engine as it is working on the outside of the car... just wish we had aftermarket parts that really make hp gains. Anyhow enough ranting I'm going to bed.
Peace

not to mention I'm in texas so its a lot cooler at night.
I tried to get a pic up for whoever wanted it but was unable to
there is one difference on my intake compaired to the other V1 intakes I've seen. I guess AEM is using a more of a badge decal instead of a sticker on the pipe connected to the throttle body.. I have some stickers and a license plate frame if anyone wants it.....
