Tell me what you would do in this situation...
About a year ago, my sister got a 2002 Celica GTS w/ the Ground FX package cuz' it had been sitting on the lot for 2 months and they were giving it to her cheap. (Lucky!!) Anyway, she gets it and doesn't like the big *** wing on the back cuz' "it's too much of a guys car". So she gives it to me FOR FREE. Well, being that nothing this fortunate ever happens to me, I take full advantage and have it installed on my '01 Civic Coupe. Now, I know a lot of people on this site think big wings are "rice" and they would never put one on. But honestly, I don't really like the look of the Civic w/o some kinda spoiler on the trunk. It just looks too flat or something. But that was before I joined this forum and have seen some of the looks of y'alls ridez. So now I'm wondering what 2 do with the GTS wing. I still think it looks bad *** and so do most of the people I know. And usually anytime someone tries to talk smack, I tell 'em I got it free and they stop dead in their tracks. So anyway, what would you do? I still have the OEM spoiler painted EBP and was gonna sell it, but I'm getting some bodywork done on my car (hence, no pics) and thought that IF I was gonna swap spoilers again, I'd have the shop do it then. Should I swap back, eat the cost of the install, and sell the GTS wing? Or should I keep it on cuz' I think it's looks rad and sell the OEM? Can't beat free rice!!!

It looks really close to the Kaminari wing for our cars. (the one with the CF blade.) Have someone hold it there on your car and take pics. It'll be easier to decide then.

I don't have any pics right now cuz' it's about to go into the shop. So I was gonna wait until it's all fixed. Had some hail damage. Anyway, I'll get those up ASAP. But just showed what it lookz like on the Celica cuz' it' not much different IMO.

might actually look pretty good but isn't the trunk longer on the celica (width) so it wouldn't exactly bolt on directly to a civic? The wing looks a lot like the kaminari wing so it might look pretty good just line it up on your car see if it fits take some pics. It ill be original at least
HYPR DRV: It doesn't look bad. I kinda like it, because its different from everything else... it is kinda tall though, but its a good looking wing. I would keep it. Do you, don't worry about what everybody else thinks...
To all wondering what i am talking about: I saw it today at the Central Ohio Mini Meet

one thing that bothers me about the kit on the celicas is that they didn't bother to change the rims up, ive seen the gt-s with that kit on it known as the 'action package' and i just wish they put on bigger rims instead of an enormous spoiler
