That's probably the fastest 7th gen in the Middle East!
I took a guess at the website on the windshield and the car is located in the United Arab Emirates. Of course everything was in Arabic and I couldn't read #*@^#!!! 
Now that I know how much trouble this person had to go through to import his engine mods & wheels, I'll cut him a little more slack on his, ahem, graphics.

Rep Power: 364 I am, once again, the black sheep. I think that if someone's gonna sticker-up a car, that's the way to to it. At least they made sure everything was coordinated. If the wing and the type-R stickers were scrapped, I think it'd be a good demo car or something.
