H22 finally done
H22 finally done
It's 3 in the morning, just got back from dropping in an H22A into a friends 96' accord with direct port, stage 2 cluctch and fly wheel. the car now has that and what he had on the car before. took longer then planned but it started on the first try, just need to work out a few kinks, exhaust manifold is leaking, needs new bolts, and one of the axels is all out of wack, have to wait to get the parts during daylight. Sorry had to brag a little even though it's not my car, should be a nice car high 13's- low 14's we'll find out in a few weeks when we get to the track.
a guy on my team has the same setup. Its a white accord 4 door with the H22. Its pretty nice.
i dont know how much the accords weigh in at...but if its near the preludes weight, your buddy must have a bunch of mods on the motor to get high 13's. I have a buddy with a 97 prelude SH with about 200whp, and he still isnt seeing 13's.
