I am getting my tails smoked by NoBottleJustThrottle and getting my Kaminari KTR II CF wing all in the next week or so. I can't wait but I will post pics as soon as I get them on!

They already harass me enough for my Green underbody kit, tinted windows (front are illegal in Iowa) and my green headlights next to my super plasmas. I have a lawsuit against the WDMPD for pulling me over 28 times and only issuing 1 ticket which was defeated in court for my underbody so hopefully they won't harrass me

i had smoked tails, got 3 tickets in a week cause of it.
damn nassau county cops ! thats why i took them off.....

smoked taillights look nice, but only when parked.

kinda dangerous to smoke tails, it's harder for the following drivers to see the brake light come on, especially when driving into the sun.

I thought about that also and I am taking my tail with LED off also but I am going to reconnect my 3rd brake light perhaps and it can show beneath my new wing...and I can also have an excuse to buy a nice bright LED brake light in the meantime

its obvious that you people that say that you cant see the brake lights havent seen my pics!
I use a method that allows almost as much light as stock.
for that reason they are still very reflective, so the cops do harrass you about them...i have had countless cops behind me, and nothing. Ive had mine on for now 3 months. Even if they do pull you over, the DOT approval stamp is still on the tails, tell them, yea they are aftermarket, but check out the DOT approval stamp...after that there isnt a damn thing they can do about it.
