Candy Apple Flake paint (so it matches the intake), with Silver Letters (testor's model paint). If you don't want metallic, than Plastikote 'Ford Red' works... that's what I used on mine.

I got mine at Hobby Lobby. Just look for wherever they have model cars and such. It should be right there along with the super-fine tipped brushes. Get the brushes, and don't forget to sand it carefully.
About the chrome... you could get it chrome-dipped, but you mite as well get ahold of ALLMAN, get an aluminum one and polish it for how much a dip would cost.
