finaly got that thing installed, but ran into a few problems. the prong where the tie rod and the strut connects, the threads on there is messed up and the nut is now stuck on there. so i just ordered new endlink and i'll get that fixed up in a few days. but besides for that, i love the drop (1.5finger gap front, 0 in back) and the ride is smooth as a babys butt

xHoteKx, I just want to let you know that you may experience some extreme squeaking in the rear as if you have live animals scratching away at the metal. I found the problem, and I'm also working on a solution.
The problem:
is going to be the preload of the spring. As you have found out, the lower you drop the perch, the lower the car goes. (it took me a few hours to figure that out) So because the spring is not as preloaded, you're gonna hear the front pop at low speeds and the rear gets squeaky like a *****.
Solution:
1. I'm still currently working on this right now. It helps tremendously to have a full tank of gas. I have a tendency to let the gas get to E before I fill it up and the loss of weight in the rear unloads the spring causing it to shift more. To patch this up temporarily, I keep a full tank of gas and put all my school books in the trunk to preload the spring as much as possible.
2. I just bought the RS Akimoto floor bar from a friend, which according the Velocity magazine (fall 01), tremendously reduces body flex. Even the pics say all because their test car appeared to have the least amount of flex compared to the other tuner cars.
3. I will get the Spoon or Neuspeed Upper Rear Tower bar to tie the two suspension pieces together. In theory, this should prevent the two from squeaking independently.
4. A camber kit. I got mad negative degree in the back. I dunno if that's gonna fix it but I gotta do it anyway.
5. Raise the rear a little to add a bit more tension in the spring. If all else fails, raise the car ever so slightly.
I haven't taken pics yet because I'm going to get my full Tsunami Kit painted and fitted this week. I still haven't gotten around to installing the Rota Slipstreams yet and I'm rolling on steelies.
