the key to winning shows is by not spending that 12 gs on the exterior of the car...spend it equally around the car. Think about if you want to be a mild class or a wild class. Here are your sections to work with
Engine Bay
Exterior
Interior
Trunk
Undercarriage

Engine you have the basic IHE which gets you the basic points..maybe just for this year think about some cam gear or pullies JUST to have something more than the standard IHE but without spending lots of money on a forever slow engine.

Exterior finish the kit. maybe a cf hood, possible a custom paint job, maybe shave the handles or truck, maybe mold the side skirts and rear.

INSTALL your suspension! jk
Think about gettin some sway bars, rear tie bar, rear strut bar

Interior--use you imagination, you could go as far as fiberglassing the dash and doors and painting it EBP or an theme color, could continue CF on the interior with REAL cf. You could get some racing seats or leather.

Truck/ Audio---use your imagination. you could go as far as a fully custom built system or just a simple one. Some shows these sections overlap so a nice system gets bonus points. Can go to fiberglass systems all sorts of s**t.

Just keep it really clean, pick themes to carry though out the car but dont over do it. Do something that will look good down the road and not chip and peel. Do less thing but the right way not more things cheaply.

Then next year you can get a k20 and have a killer car!!

These are just my opinions

But s**t i could do ALOT with 12 gs in my car damn! Please be tasteful and the car wil look awesome

Yea 99% of cars on here are stock or show....

Show cars arent all gay...elite show cars can be fast as ****..K20 isnt gonna be smokin any RB20s
(yes i would like a k20 also) but it could be a wise investment to wait a little while before that swap

12g's would be a nice down payment on a new car, if i had 12g's to blow, i wouldnt be asking what to do to my 16g civic, not to mention just looking for someone to be like, holy s**t, you have 12g's to spend, and feel all cool that people are jealous you have that money. but unfortunatley for you so far, no one has had that reaction. so if you really have that money, get a new car.

holy crap 12gs?!??! i wish i had that much money lying around for my car... i'd rather invest the bulk of it, buuuut for the threads sake, it would be super cool if you left the exterior (rims, body, etc) bone stock (well maybe an exhaust and lowering) and swapping in a **** K20 R engine into it... rev at an unsuspecting ricer and leave the guy/gal in your dust (in effect wetting the ricer's pants )

humm 12g's how bout you put it into that impreza , if you wanna spend it on your vic you could go custom turbo which is around 6g's for install and everything and you can spend the other 6 on exterior, kit, rims, hood, system or maybe some suspension work.

Boost the Civic. bout 7psi. The work on the suspension Tein SS is the way to go, progress front and reay sways, camber control, and upper strut bars. I would then move on to a 13" rotor big brake kit in the front (you have 18s so it's doable) and at least 11" disk conversion in the back.. body kit is entirely new choice. Add a short through revo, sparco milano seats. then upgrade the clutch and get the phantom grip limited slip converison. You will have a SICK ride after that. If you do at least 2 of those things PM me and I'll give you my cell, I'm in for a ride! good luck

honestly, i would sell your car, and the aftermarket parts seperate (ebay maybe), make your cash back and buy a much better car like a bmw or lexus.. then you got a fast/luxurious car and you probably won't waste more cash on ricey parts for shows.. instead of winning trophees you'll get more p***y!! haha but im just drunk, so what do i know
