Cool deal.

Any ideas on how to get rid of the SRS light? Or are you just going to leave it on? It won't hurt to have the SRS light on will it?

Actually, my EX does not have side airbags, so I will simply use the Civic seatbelts.

When you unplug the seat sensor, even if you don't have Side SRS the light will go off.

My 02 ex was equiped with some side air bags....so I chose to take the civic seat belt and to put it on the celica seats....it fit right in there and there is no problem with the side air bag and the SRS light....!

I told you Dragoon...If you have any other questions feel free to ask me!!!

no, it does not go off. i put in my corbeau seats, unpluged the seat sensor and pluged it back in and no lights went off. all you have to make sure is that you find the right brackets that will retain the stock seat belt harnes, thats what the plug is connected to, and you will be fine.

yeah, as long as you don't stick your key in the ignition, you should be fine.

That's what I did with my del sol seats. I just swapped the part that the seatbelt clips into.

tons of people have done it. if you know what you're doing, it's pretty cheap to DIY, but it costs about the same as racing seats if you don't.
