I still don't know why my camera color is screwed up but here it is! I think this is the best looking mod done to date! The floor has snow on it, I live in NH and we just got dumped with 20" of the stuff! That is the stock boot, I took of the silver ring and used a rubber grommet to slide over the stick shift and keep the boot from falling down all the way.

Since the **** doesn't screw on, and its not as tall as the ugly stock one, than it is an instant short shifter!
It is held on with bushings and three set screws hidden beneath the chrome trim piece below the ****.

thats a very nice shift **** but i prefer the 02 Si shift **** all leather and red and black to match interior scheme. Plus i had an aluminum one before and in the summer it was too much trouble
