DIY : APC tail light 3D effect ( sticky please )
( images are long to load )
Here is a little DIY for all the 7gen civic owners that want to change their Clear tail lamp.
In this DIY I’ll talk about APC clear tail lamp!
Here is how they were before :

Huh.....nothing else to say..... !!
Here is the first step : Take the 2 of those and put them on hot water for about 10 to 15 min.
After having this step done, take a flat screwdriver and try to unseal the first one with PATIENCE.
You can take something sharp to cut the silicon that is under the plastic cover.
After having tried and succeed this step, you’ll have 2 pieces like those :
You can seperate the red bulb and the red triangle....but ... I don’t recommend it !

Next, you’ll do what you want with it....I haven’t put the plastic cover on cause I want to paint them. But If you want you can put it back on and seal it like it is showed in the clear head lamp section.
After the job’s done here is the result :

Hope this DIY will help some of u!!!!
EDIT : Fixed the pictures ....
Eric

Good job man!!! I wanted to do that awhile back, just take off the lens, but i needed a way to keep my reverse and turn signal light from getting wet. I said just screw it, but yours looks nice! Thats one pair of lights that APC doesn't sell...
