I was driving along the service road of the LIE and sum idiot decided to make a right turn from the center lane. I was in the right lane and he clipped na and i spun out into a ditch and not my rims are messed up my bumpers scraped up the side of my car is scraped up and I'M pISSED... N oh yeah my back hurts too...

Quetsion.. my car is leased do you think insurance is gonna pay for my rims and my bodykit?

make his insurance pay for it, if you messed up one rim he should pay for it, if you messed up two rims make him pay for it, I'd make him pay for the bumper to be repainted to, if it's his fault I don't think you'll have a problem. take him to court if he's a ***** about it. HOW CAN YOU TURN INTO SOMEONE?? I don't get it i'm very upset n my damn back hurts andmy baby is messed up.. I just finished doing stuff to my car i washed it waxed it hand glazed it looks nice an shiny and now this @$$hole messes everything up. I'm scared they won't pay for my rims or my kit..

Well if your back hurts, you should easily be able to scare some more money out of him. I mean making a right turn in from the center lane puts him entirely at fault. Thus, you've got a physical injury suit on your hands and those are worth a LOT of money, so if you get him to settle outside of court, get money for the rims and kit. Or call an attorney and find out what they could do for you. Cause if somebody caused damage to MY car, I'd go off on his @ss so bad.

Sorry to hear about your accident. I got inot an accident recently too. I just got my car back this wee. I did't have it for three weeks. The problem with me is that I lost control on the Jackie Robinson parkway the day that it rained really hard. I slid and went right into the center divider I messed up my whole front end and one of my rims cracked completely. I finally got the car fixed. Had to buy a new set of rims too. That left a big hole in my pocket. I'll post pics of before and after and when I get the chance too. Do you live in Long Island. i live in Queens and go to school by Glen Cove.

yeah that guy is one idiot. I had somethin like that happen to me in my old car. this guy didnt turn in the right turning lane and went straight past the light. so when I passed the light and changed lanes and he was right behind me and i cliped him. He tried to say I was at fault and didnt care to report any of it. he knew how would get caught in his lie if he did report it, thats probably why he insisted on not taking it to the ensurance or the police. I think people like that just need a good swift kick in the ****.

What it sounds like your saying is that he hit you.

my gf's a claims adjuster so I got some tips:

If his front end impacted your car he's at fault - meaning his insurance should pay for the repair and your pain and suffering.

(only applicable when comparative damage applies)
If you admit that you could have taken some action to avoid/lessen the accident, his insurance company will try to pass some fault to you, because you deserve it - meaning your insurance will have to pay a percentage of your repairs and your pain and suffering.

You said your back is hurt, talk to his insurance and get them to pay for a doctor visit. They know the drill people always try and screw them out of money going to some hack doctor. They'll appreciate honesty and straight-forwardness.

And my gf's a claims adjuster, never, never, never, yell at your friendly claims adjuster, you'll make my evenings go better. Hope you feel better.

Don't feel bad i slamed into the back of a ford ranger 2 weeks ago and caused 4k worth the damage. He slamed on his brakes because i was tailgating him which wasnt very smart when someone is riding your tail. But on the plus side i should be getting my car back sometime next week and insurance bought me a new carbonfiber hood and body kit to replace the one i had [IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-tongue.gif[/IMG]

His tickets: aggerssive driving, no insurance,expired tags

Oh so it was you that I saw that day Toca. I was in my parents car that day, because I still didnt have my car back yet because it was still getting fixed from the accident I had. I saw your car and I felt bad cause it's the same car I drive. Get the car fixed. My damges came out to like 4gs. Insurance gave me a check but it only covered the damages doen to the undercarriage of the car. Then I had to pay for the body work, and a new set of rims because my freakin Alt G-forces cracked. One of them cracked I have three left that Im trying to get rid of, but theyre kinda scratched. Good luck on getting your car fixed man. I know what it feels like not o have your car. It sucks. If you need a good body shop let me know maybe I could help you out.
