Keep saving for wheels and tires.
If the money is really burning a hole in your pocket, buy a can of black spraypaint and paint your lower grill black.

$500. For suspension mods... mmm... the only thing I don't like about getting rims first is that the car will look worse than the car on stock 15s... heigh-wise. IMO, I just don't like it. You could get Koni Yellows but you want a full coilover system I see. The OEM kit seems out of your price range unless you just wanna buy a front lip or something??
But if you want rims that bad: SAVE
If you really want a full coilover system: SAVE
And as for the OEM kit, it's not that bad on stock rims... so... : SAVE MORE
However you COULD get the exhaust if you really wanna do something with your car now.
Otherwise... SAVE for most of the things you want.

Well, you said you dont want rims right now, but it will look funny with a body kit and no rims. You could always do what I'm doing. I bought my rims about a month ago for about $500 and I'm saving and buying one tire at a time. Damn things are expensive!!

The OEM kit does not look goofy on factory rims... Why would they sell them on new cars if it looked that goofy? It doesn't look goofy at all. If you want the OEM kit, save the extra 300 or whatever it is and get it. If you're putting a more agressive looking kit on it, then definately get new rims.
