eyelids, keep'em or chuck'em?
i used to think eyelids looked gross, but after seeing them on a few civics on this site i don't think they're so bad anymore. well anyway, i got myself some and i need ideas of whether or not i should even bother to paint them. so please tell me what u think... Rep Power: 0 Bud pretty much summed it up. I personaly like them but you can't have a stock car with them on. I think they fulfill a aftermarket hood. B/c sometime they stick up higher than you lights so with the eye lid it makes the hood look like it fit exact. But do what you want.

Rep Power: 416 too easy for a diy, just stick the vinyl on and cut it out. if your scared about scratching the headlight then just cut it out before and stick it on..

Rep Power: 0 lol ya but doesn't it have to match the paint?! my grill was painted to match the color code and if i get these eyelids painted, they're gonna be painted the same extact color of the car.

Rep Power: 416 eh, the color of the vinyl is close enough... well when it comes to black/white that is. with other colors it might look odd.. btw how much did it cost to paint your grill?
