i dont know why these ppl claim to be jdm(or jdm style) with a 2k1 civic coupe......1st off.....there aint no civic coupes in japan.....and 2nd....if u gonna jdm something.......at least jdm a hatch.....enough said

And I'm not fighting this battle for him, 'cause I'm sure I could scrutinize his ride inch by inch and find something I dislike about it as well... but there's NOTHING I can do about it!
If someone (note: not sticking of for anyone specific... there are plenty of other people on this site that do stuff that isn't 'right' with their cars) wants to do something with his/her car, then fine, let them. This issue has been discussed before numerous times, whether it be 'cause someone re-badges an LX as an SiR or 'cause someone decided to go with a puce and neon green accent color theme on their red coupe. All I was trying to say was that there's a constructive way of criticising someone's ride and a rude pointless way of doing so. For example, instead of saying: "Your rims are buttass fugly you schmuck!!! WTF is wrong with your head?!?" one could say "I personally do not like bronze-on-red look and would not use that combo on MY car, but I DO like the projectors you have" or "Lowering your ride a little more might complete the look you may be trying to go for".
See, there is a way to make a criticism sound a little more plesant than some people have been doing. And if you read the posts where people give constructive critisims and those where people just make jerk-o comments you'll note that almost EVERY person on the receiving end will thank the person (or acknowledge it im some other way) who said somehting in a decent fashion and will comment something rude back to those who were obnixious to them.
I can't stop anyone from saying rude stuff, so whatever. All I was trying to do was point out that there isn't a necessity to be a butthole about something just 'cause you don't like it.

MugenRacerX's car is pimp... its crazy clean and nothing is over done... the red lip on the rims bring everything together perfectly...
if it were mine i wouldn't touch the exterior ever again... its perfect the way it is.. i might get a cf hood but its not necessary

BTW, I think the ride looks great. It's clean, tasteful, and makes me think that maybe i should have thought twice about red. Excellent job.

Rep Power: 0 I just saw his car today at NOPI Nationals--the car looked cool as heck. As to whether it is JDM styled or not, who the crap cares other than the people who have nothing else better to do than type and say he's wrong. I fix up my car for myself and no one else. I'm sure he does the same.
