'Sup fellow 7th gen civic owners. I've been coming to this sight for months, but now I feel like I belong. Last Wednsday I became the owner of a 2002 SI ( much better than the old '86 Corolla). I haven't done anything to the car yet... probably get a cold air intake and a new muffler system first (seems to be the cheapest way to add a few horses) and I definitly need some rims. All opinions welcome...even the negative ones; anyhow just wanted to introduce myself

its white with a red stripe (came that way factory) its the only one that I've seen like it, but I'm sure there are plenty around...it's kinda nice around here, I'm the only one AND I MEAN ONLY ONE around here with a new SI, I dont think they're selling too well in this area...of course I do live in KY, lots of pick up trucks around here [IMG]i/expressions/face-icon-small-tongue.gif[/IMG]

I would ditch the red stripe. Start totally clean and add your own graphics. Stripes like that remind me of domestics.

Yes... Ditch the stripe. If it came from the dealer like that, make them take it off. That looks like something someone does to a Ford Probe.

I think they don't sell because IMO they look like crap. That rear looks like a bubble. They should have made it a hatchback with a body style more similar to the RSX.

In time............the new body style will grow on everyone, just like ours did. Soon they will have all kinds of aftermarket stuff for them, and I bet they will look bad a$$ !!!!!! JMO
