heres what i got so far... i got an exhaust... so it wont sound like a sleeper... but im gonna get some oem lip skirts for my sedan as well as a stock coupe grill.. .cause my sedan grill looks like crap... as well as the colored strip above the grill to replace my chrome one... so when ppl look in their rear view mirrors... they think a coupe is coming up fast... or making a lot of noise... but when i pass... if i ever do.. they will see a sedan....

what do u think? and where can i get this stuff... i know that hondawerx has got the strips for $19 shipped and the skirts for $717... but my hood... its kinda dented... so im gonna have to replace it...

personally i dont wanna stick with oem tho.. im getting shogun ground effects and maybe a grand touring wing.. my babys gonna look mean in the rear view whenever i get done with her.. heh.. hopefully i wont have to worry about speed..i want the peeps to see me comin up behind and slow down so they can see this pretty bi.tch
but iunno..most people wanna slow down anyway cuz 7th gen sedans look niiiice

It sounds like he wants a reverse sleeper. He wants people seeing it in the rearview to think it's fast, until he passes them and they realize it's a slow, heavy sedan.

I agree though, I think the little touches on the front end of the coupe look better than the sedan.

you think anyone besides the people on this site and honda employees know that the chrome strip on the hood is only on sedan and the body colored one is on the coupe??

and if youre not even sure if you can pass them, you dont have a sleeper!! lol

don't get the oem skirts, get xenon or something a little more aggressive. i don't know about the grill, i think the coupe ones look better imo. - so go for it, but you'll probaly get flamed.

wanna make it a sleeper?? get rid of the exhaust and put stock. theres nothing worse then a car that makes all that noise but doesn't move.

yeah, if your going sleeper or fast what the hell were you reading when you read the whopping 115 hp tag>?? Just curious, i gave up on speed and went for looks, i mean thats why i bought that car.

true, hondas are good for looks, and to to big on speed unless you do alot of mods. 115 hp dam, thats slower than a focus. i think im the only one i know that has a 2k1 with more than 125 hp stock
